The Junyao high-speed automatic toffee and gummy candy pillow packing machine is designed for toffee, gummy candies, hard candies and other regular-shaped granular confectionery. The machine is manufactured in a 13,000 m² ISO 9001-aligned factory at Xing Junyao's Taizhou facility, and every machine passes 72-hour pre-shipment testing. Each order includes a 12-month warranty, on-site installation, operator training, remote diagnostics and 48-hour spare parts dispatch.
Anti-stick coated feeding surfaces prevent toffee residue buildup, while non-stick jaw coatings prevent gummy sugar caramelization. Sealing temperatures and dwell times are stored as separate recipes and adjusted automatically per product.
Toffee typically runs at the lower end of the range (100 to 130°C) to prevent product softening. Gummy products use moisture-barrier films with adjusted dwell time. All parameters are stored in product recipes.
Yes. Recipe-based changeover takes minutes, making it practical to run toffee and gummy production schedules on the same machine within a single shift.
