Servo-driven lollipop wrapping machine with automatic stick orientation feeder. Handles ball and flat lollipops at 100–800 packs/min. Anti-twist film guide, CE certified, multi-language HMI.
Lollipop packaging is deceptively difficult. The stick creates an asymmetric product that resists standard feeding systems — it twists film, causes misalignment, and jams conventional flow wrappers when run at commercial speeds. The Junyao JY-ZB1200LP was engineered specifically to solve these problems.
Built at Xingjunyao's 13,000 m² Taizhou facility, the JY-ZB900L combines a vibratory stick-orientation feeder, an anti-twist film guide system, and a multi-axis servo-driven wrapping platform into one integrated machine. It packages both ball lollipops and flat/disc lollipops at 100–800 packs per minute, with the flexibility to switch between formats in under 10 minutes.
What makes this machine different: Most lollipop wrappers are adapted from general-purpose candy machines. The JY-ZB900L was designed from scratch around the lollipop form factor — the extended bag length range (50–180 mm), the anti-twist film forming collar, the stick-accommodating sealing jaws. These are not modifications to a standard wrapper; they are original engineering decisions that show in the machine's reliability at speed.

1. Stick orientation system that works at 800 PPM. The vibratory sorting bowl aligns lollipops with sticks pointing in the feed direction, and mechanical guide channels maintain orientation through transfer to the servo-driven pocket conveyor. At maximum speed, orientation accuracy exceeds 99%. For a production line running 10 hours a day at 600 PPM, that's fewer than 360 misoriented lollipops across 360,000 pieces — and the few that do misalign are detected and rejected before they reach the wrapping station.
2. Anti-twist film guide — the feature that prevents the #1 lollipop packaging defect. The asymmetric shape of a lollipop creates uneven forces on the packaging film, causing it to twist around the product. The result: misaligned graphics, weak seals, and ugly packages. The JY-ZB1200LP's precision film guide rails and specially-shaped forming collar maintain film alignment throughout the wrapping cycle. Film tension is actively controlled by the servo feed system, preventing the tension imbalances that initiate twisting.
3. Extended bag length — because lollipops have sticks. Standard candy wrappers are designed for compact products like chocolates and toffees. The JY-ZB1200LP's 50–180 mm bag length range is calibrated specifically for lollipops with sticks. The machine can be configured for full enclosure (stick inside the package) or stick-out style depending on your brand's packaging design.
4. Dual-format compatibility. Quick-change tooling allows switching between ball lollipops and flat lollipops in under 10 minutes. Separate recipe profiles store all parameters — film feed length, sealing temperature, feed pocket configuration — for each product format. No mechanical modifications, no trial-and-error adjustment.
5. Temperature-controlled sealing that doesn't melt the candy. Lollipop heads are heat-sensitive. Sealing temperatures that are too high cause surface melting and sticking; too low produces weak seals. The JY-ZB1200LP's PID-controlled sealing system maintains jaw temperature within ±2°C, and the cooling feature rapidly reduces jaw temperature between cycles during high-speed runs.

Each JY-ZB900L undergoes a 72-hour continuous operation test before shipment, running actual lollipop products at production speeds. The stick orientation feeder is evaluated for alignment accuracy, the anti-twist film guide is verified for consistent tracking, and sealing quality is sampled at regular intervals.
Junyao has been exporting candy packaging equipment since 2014, with installations in 25+ countries. Our technical team understands international voltage standards, local compliance requirements, and the logistics of international machine delivery.

Q: Can I run both ball and flat lollipops on one machine?
Yes. The JY-ZB900L is designed with interchangeable feeding pockets and adjustable guide channels. Switching takes under 10 minutes, and the recipe management system stores separate parameter sets for each lollipop format.
Q: What is the stick-out packaging option?
In stick-out mode, the film wraps tightly around the lollipop head and seals at the base, leaving the stick exposed. The sealing jaws are engineered to handle the transition between the thick candy head and the thin stick without compromising seal integrity.
Q: What packaging films are compatible?
The machine handles OPP/CPP, BOPP, metallized PET, and laminated composite films. We provide film specifications — thickness range, heat-seal layer requirements, coefficient of friction — during the quotation stage.
Q: How do you ensure the machine won't arrive damaged?
All Junyao machines are export-crated in reinforced plywood cases with moisture barriers and shock indicators. Components are individually wrapped and labeled. We have shipped machines to 25+ countries and understand international freight handling requirements.
