Equipment Description :
The fully automatic pillow packing line is suitable for pillow packing of fragile surface and easily damaged items, such as chocolate, wafer, puff, nougat, biscuits, pine tower, cotton candy and other candies and their coated products. It can achieve full automation from the output port of product molding equipment through docking conveying, shunt, finishing and packaging, and can be customized to meet the output of supporting molding equipment through various ways.

(1) Conveying and feeding structure:

(2)Vertical sealing structure

2.3 The longitudinal sealing heating wheel has a heating function and uses high-temperature resistant bearings to work at high temperatures, improving its service life.

3.1 Up and down sealing transmission: To ensure the precision of sealing, high-precision gear transmission is used.
