Most confectionery manufacturers produce multiple candy types — hard candies, toffees, jellies, soft chews — and need one packaging machine that can handle them all without constant mechanical reconfiguration. The Junyao high-speed multi-product candy packaging machine is built for this reality.

The machine's interchangeable feeding system is the key to its versatility. Disc feeders for round candies, vibratory bowl feeders for irregular shapes, belt conveyors for bar products — each module can be swapped based on the production schedule. The wrapping platform (3-servo film feed and sealing) remains constant, with recipe-based parameter changes managed through the HMI.

1.Triple Product Compatibility
The most distinctive feature of the JY-ZB1500 is its ability to handle hard candy, jelly, and toffee on the same machine. This is achieved through a modular design that allows the operator to change forming tubes, feeding guides, and sealing parameters to match each product type.
2.Heated Sealing Jaws with Anti-Stick Coating
The sealing system is critical when running sticky toffees and soft jellies. The JY-ZB1500 uses rotary sealing jaws that are heated by independent PID temperature controllers. The sealing surfaces are coated with a food-grade anti-stick material that prevents caramelized sugars and jelly residues from adhering to the metal. Jaw pressure is set pneumatically and can be adjusted to match the film thickness and product softness.
3.Quick Mode Switching Between Product Types
Switching between hard candy, jelly, and toffee traditionally requires extensive mechanical changeover and trial runs. The JY-ZB1500 simplifies this process through a recipe-based control program that stores the correct settings for each product type. When the operator selects a new recipe, the PLC automatically adjusts the servo ratios, sealing temperature setpoints, and feeding pressure. Mechanical change parts such as forming tubes and feeding guides are designed for quick release and can be changed in 15 to 20 minutes by a trained operator.
4.Large-Capacity Feeding Hopper
The JY-ZB1500 is equipped with a large-capacity feeding hopper that holds a substantial buffer of product between the production line and the wrapping section. The hopper uses a level sensor to signal the upstream process when more product is needed, and an adjustable vibratory or belt discharge mechanism feeds product onto the infeed conveyor at a controlled rate. The large hopper reduces the frequency of operator intervention and allows the wrapping machine to absorb minor interruptions in upstream production without stopping.
5.Multi-Servo Drive and Film Registration
The JY-ZB1500 uses independent servo motors for the feeding, film pulling, and sealing functions. This multi-servo architecture allows each motion to be optimized for the specific product type and provides the responsiveness needed for high-speed operation. The film feed servo is electronically geared to the sealing jaw servo, ensuring that the film is always in the correct position when the jaws close. A photoelectric eye mark sensor monitors the printed film and makes micro-adjustments to maintain registration.

Applications

Hard candies: Disc feeder with anti-stick coating. Gentle handling prevents surface scratching visible through transparent film.

Toffees and caramels: Temperature-controlled sealing at the lower end of the range (100–130°C) to prevent product softening. Optional cold-seal film compatibility.

Jellies and soft candy: Extended sealing jaw dwell time for the moisture-barrier films typically used. Adjustable film tension to accommodate slightly irregular product shapes.

Gummies: Non-stick jaw coating and careful temperature control to prevent gum sugar coating from caramelizing on the seal area.
