5.7-Inch Color Touch Screen HMI:The 7-inch color HMI is the central control point for the JY-ZB1500H.It displays real-time information such as speed in packs per minute, total production count, film usage, sealing temperature, and active alarms. The screen layout is organized into clear pages for production, setup, maintenance and diagnostics, with password-protected access levels to prevent unauthorized changes. The multi-language interface supports English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, and other languages on request, making the machine accessible to operators around the world.
6.Automatic Film Splicing and Registration:Running at 1000 packs per minute, the JY-ZB1500H cannot afford to stop for every film roll change. The automatic film splicing system allows operators to load a new roll while the machine is still running, then splice the new film to the old film with a heat or tape joint that passes through the machine without contaminating the product.
