1. Anti-Stick Coated Contact Surfaces for Soft Product Handling
Gummy candies, jelly slices, and chewy fruit squares share a common characteristic: their surfaces contain sugars, starches, gelatin, or fruit purees that create a sticky film when pressed against metal or plastic surfaces. The JY-ZB900 eliminates this accumulation problem by coating all product-contact surfaces — the infeed conveyor belt, sorting tray surface, alignment guide rails, forming collar inner channel and the longitudinal seal roller surface that contacts the film before the seal point — with a food-grade PTFE-modified silicone anti-stick layer.
2. Servo-Driven Low-Pressure Product Transfer and Alignment
The JY-ZB900 replaces the mechanical push-bar with a servo-driven low-pressure transfer mechanism that uses a soft rubber belt with adjustable contact pressure controlled by a servo actuator. The transfer belt's surface is coated with the same PTFE-modified silicone anti-stick layer used on the infeed conveyor, preventing the sticky gummy surface from adhering to the belt during transfer.
3. Photoelectric Tracking with Gummy-Specific Calibration
The JY-ZB900 employs a contrast-differential photoelectric tracking system with a dual-threshold calibration mode specifically developed for gummy film patterns. During initial machine setup, the operator runs a calibration routine where the sensor scans several metres of the actual film web and the PLC builds a digital contrast map that distinguishes the registration mark from the transparent window pattern. Once calibrated, the sensor ignores the transparent window edges and reads only the registration mark, maintaining tracking accuracy within plus or minus 0.5 mm even when the film contains alternating transparent and opaque sections.
4. Multi-Language HMI and Remote Diagnostic Platform
The JY-ZB900 HMI touch screen provides full-language support for English, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.The HMI's recipe management system stores up to 50 gummy product recipes, each containing all servo speed parameters, seal temperature profiles, registration calibration data, transfer pressure settings, and alignment guide positions — a complete machine configuration that can be loaded with a single touch, eliminating the multi-parameter manual adjustment period that conventional machines require after each product change.
