The Junyao compact snack bar and chocolate pillow packing machine is specifically engineered for small-format products, including 10–50g mini chocolate bars, small snack bars, and bite-sized candies. The high-precision servo-driven film feed system with photoelectric registration delivers ±0.5 mm film alignment accuracy.
The space-efficient footprint integrates easily into existing production lines without major facility modifications. PID-controlled sealing jaws prevent heat migration to chocolate surfaces, protecting product gloss and preventing bloom.

On a 50 mm package, a 2 mm registration error means 4% of the printable area is lost and the graphic appears visibly off-center. Small-format packaging demands higher relative precision, which the ±0.5 mm servo system provides.
