The Junyao compact horizontal pillow wrapping machine is calibrated specifically for small-format confectionery and snack products. The servo-driven film feed delivers ±0.5 mm positioning accuracy. The photoelectric registration system compensates for film stretch and speed variations in real time. And the temperature-controlled sealing system is tuned for the thin films and short dwell times that small-format packaging demands.
