A Flow Packaging Machine (also called Flow Wrapper / HFFS (Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal) Machine) is a high‑speed, automatic packaging system that wraps solid, regular‑shaped products in a continuous flexible film, forming a 3‑seal pillow pack (one long‑side seal + two end seals).
Product Overview
The fully automatic pillow packing line is suitable for pillow packing of fragile surface and easily damaged items, such as chocolate, wafer, puff, cake, Swiss roll, nougat, crisp sugar, pine tower, cotton candy and other candies and their coated products. It can achieve full automation from the output port of product molding equipment through docking conveying, shunt, finishing and packaging, and can be customized to meet the output of supporting molding equipment through various ways.

1.Conveying and feeding structure: Automatic intelligent method is adopted to reduce the pressure of packaging, smoothly transported to the material handling belt, equipped with automatic packaging detection system,100% no empty package. Stainless steel 304 machine frame and all belt with food grade PU.
2.Three sides sealing structure: The longitudinal sealing mechanism adopts the principle of tension to ensure that each package is equally dense and the sealing is reliable during high-speed operation.The horizontal sealing heating device use heating tubes for heating.
3.Servo transmission structure: Adopting servo transmission, high-precision reduction structure, and automatic adjustment of packaging film length.
