The Junyao high-speed chocolate and protein bar pillow packaging machine is a flexible packaging platform designed specifically for nutrition bars, protein bars, and chocolate bars. It delivers high throughput while maintaining gentle handling of fragile products, making it an ideal choice for snack food and sports nutrition manufacturers.
The machine supports both heat-seal and cold-seal modes — heat-seal for standard chocolate products and cold-seal for heat-sensitive protein bars, with changeover completed in just 5 minutes. The push-feed mechanism undergoes a 50,000-cycle endurance test to verify servo motor reliability, silicone pad adhesion, and stroke length consistency. The alignment verification optical sensors are calibrated using precision-ground reference bars of known dimensions, and the reject system response time is measured with high-speed video to confirm that misaligned bars are diverted within the available inter-bar gap.
