JY-FQL450 series sealing and cutting machine is a fully automatic, unmanned L-type sealing and cutting machine, which is widely used in the process of batch production and packaging with high efficiency. Automatic film feeding and punching device, manual adjusting film guide system and manual adjusting film feeding and conveying platform are applicable to products of different sizes.

Characteristic
1. The sealing knife is made of DuPont Teflon coated high temperature resistant aluminum alloy, which is not easy to adhere, and the sealing is not easy to crack, coke, smoke, and zero pollution.
2.Automatic feeding, the length can also be automatically adjusted through the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with induction motor to automatically reel waste.
3.Imported photoelectric detection is adopted, with a group of horizontal and vertical detection for easy switching and selection. For thin and small packaging, sealing and packaging can be easily completed.
4.The temperature controller adopts digital display temperature controller, with built-in PID function. The sealing knife temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, and can be set at will.
